Mode Interiors required both a new telephone system and a structured voice and data cabling solution when they moved to new offices in London SE11.
It was essential that the telephone system could show which particular number any incoming caller had dialled – to allow calls be answered correctly – and also for Mode Interiors to be able to play background music to callers who had to be placed on hold for any reason.
Ocean Voice & Data supplied, installed and now maintain, Mode Interior’s new Samsung DCS telephone system which exactly meets Mode’s requirements. In addition, a CAT 5 structured cabling network was designed and implemented by our own in house engineers.
